How much does the program cost?
The cost is around $100 per week for the products that you will need for the program. There is also a onetime startup fee at the initial consultation. That fee covers your weekly body composition analysis, weigh-ins and counseling with a weight loss coach.
Do the Ideal Protein foods taste good?
Yes, there are a lot of great options to fit all taste preferences. Most dieters find all the foods to taste great!
What is a Body Composition Analysis scale?
It is a scale that is the most accurate, precise and convenient method to measure body fat, muscle mass and water values. It also can measure your visceral fat which is the fat found around your organs that can lead to obesity related diseases. Our scale also provides you with lean mass and fat values in each segment of your body.
Will I be able to keep the weight off after I have completed the program?
YES! That is our goal! If you follow our 4 phase protocol, you will gain an understanding of how food affects your body and you will be able to stabilize and maintain your weight.
If I live out of town, can I still do the diet?
Yes…we have many dieters that live out of town. We do phone consultations and will be happy to mail all of your products to right to your door.
Can I drink alcohol while on the program?
Alcohol can inhibit weight loss. We suggest no alcohol to get the most optimal results.
Do I have to exercise while on the program?
You do not have to exercise on our program. Walking is fine, but we want you to concentrate on changing your diet and turning your body into a fat burning machine! If you are determined to stay on an extreme exercise program, we can modify your diet.
What if I do want to exercise on the program?
There is an alternate phase of the program that you can do if you want to continue on a strenuous workout routine.
Why do I have to drink more water when dieting?
Water decreases your appetite. Most people mistake dehydration for hunger. Water can also decrease extracellular water which will help you lose weight.
What’s the difference between Ideal Protein and HCG?
The basics of both protocols is to maintain muscle mass and promote fat loss. They are both low in carbs. We will go over the specifics with you and help you determine which plan would work best for your lifestyle.
