Are you always time crunched when it comes to meal prep? Do you wish you had someone to cook your IDEAL PROTEIN meals for you? Well, you are in luck! For your convenience, we have teamed up with a local chef, Walter Thames of What’s for Supper Catering, who is willing to do all the work for you. He cooks up delicious meals that fit into the program and all you have to do is pick it up.

The Ideal Protein meals are created for dieters in Phases 1 – 3. The meals are individually packaged and contain 4 oz of protein and plan-compatible veggies and seasonings. Some meals will contain a cup or more of vegetables, but it varies so you may need to supplement your meal with a salad or other vegetable dish.

The meals are prepared fresh every week, and selected meals will be available frozen. They typically freeze them after three or four days. The goal is to have something available for you through Friday of each week. If a meal is included in the list on their website, it should be available.


Choose your meals from the list and let them know in the notes section when you want to come and pick them up. Meals for each week are ready after 4:30 pm on Monday but can be picked up any day from 9 am – 5:30 pm Tuesday through Friday.

Meal Pickup Location: First Methodist Church’s Wesley Worship Center – Downtown Huntsville – Randolph Avenue between Greene & Lincoln Streets. They use the commercial kitchen that serves the SWEEM early childhood program at First Methodist. A drive-through area and a parking lot make this a convenient place to pick up your meals.

The Center is always locked, so please use the intercom to tell the staff that you are coming to pick up meals from What’s for Supper. For security, the staff has to be careful with people with whom they are not familiar.
